HOME/SCHOOL COMMUNICATION – Academic year 23-24

Your child’s form tutor is the first point of contact for general academic or pastoral queries.  They can usually help manage contact with other teachers.

If further assistance is required, the Head of Year can also be contacted, using the relevant email address for their year group.

Please be aware that all of our tutors and pastoral staff have a teaching commitment, therefore they may be unable to respond immediately to your concern.  If you wish to meet a member of staff, please ensure this is prearranged by email, in advance.  This will ensure your concern is dealt with in a timely manner. 

Daily absence should be reported via the Edulink App.  If you do not have the app or require support, please email office@deepings.anthemtrust.uk

Please do not report absence through our main reception line.  This line is used for urgent calls only.

Our commitment to our parents/carers is that we will respond within 48 hours to your message.

Edulink & ClassCharts

We encourage all parents to download the Edulink and ClassCharts apps on their phone.  The apps allow parents to contact the school to inform of absence, along with being able to view attendance, achievements, behaviour, home learning and timetable.
