This weekend I am excited to be returning to The Bristol Open, the UK's biggest sport martial arts competition. After a good result last year (2 golds and 1 bronze) I'm hoping to bring home some more medals this year and I am looking forward to seeing some of the top fighters in Europe and the USA compete at the tournament.

I am also honoured to have been selected to be part of Team England at the ICO World Championships the following weekend (19 - 22 October 2023). I have represented my club at several competitions, but I am proud to be representing my country for the first time. 

At both competitions I will be competing in a number of categories including traditional weapons, traditional open hand kata, creative and musical weapon forms, and musical open hand forms.
