Sunday 29th January – Zonal School Championships in Hinkley

On Sunday 29 January, a group of students from Year 7-9 travelled to Hinkley to compete in the Zonal Schools Championships.

The behaviour from all students who attended was exemplary and the students really did do our school proud.

All competitors finished within the top 10 of their category.

Emily Ling – 3rd place – Year 7-14 Girls Cat 1 Novice

Finnegan Wright – 3rd place – Year 9-10 Boys Novice

Charlie Barker – 8th – Year 7-8 Boys Novice

Aimee Berry, Ella Cunningham, Evie-Mai Latronico-Ferris and Macey Bentley Roberts – 4th place – Year 7-8 girls Novice

Well done everyone and congratulations to both Emily and Finnegan who have qualified for the regional championships in Southampton.
