Some students in Years 7 and 8 were lucky enough to meet best-selling author Fleur Hitchcock in the library on Tuesday 14 March.

Fleur, who writes contemporary thrillers for young people, led 3 inspiring workshops helping selected students work on their creative writing.

She guided students through their feelings and senses in different situations and showed how details can be used to give stories tension and make them more believable.

She also very kindly agreed to be interviewed by the Podcast team.
