On Saturday 13 May a team of Student Librarians went to the Deepings Community Library to help with their Star Wars Day activities.

Students worked alongside Community Library volunteers and local cosplayers to train visitors to the library to join the Rebel Alliance!

They helped them make their own light sabres and practice their shooting and throwing skills as well as selling refreshments, and craft materials to help fundraise for the community library.

There was also time for a few of us to brush up our light sabre skills.

The Library Team were integral to the staffing on the day and once again were fantastic ambassadors for the school.
