BackStudents and teachers at The Deepings School have much to celebrate after receiving today’s GCSE results.
Headteacher Kirstie Johnson said: “Congratulations go to the students and teachers for their hard work and, importantly, to parents for supporting their child through their GCSEs. I am delighted that so many students have thrived during their time at The Deepings School. It is wonderful to see individual successes across the whole year group, as well as some exceptional achievements.”
Notable achievements include Ruby Quinn who gained top grades across the board and will be joining the school sixth form in September. Isabella Hines and Isabella Perna also secured exceptional grades and are looking forward to beginning their A level studies next month. Matthew Morza is also celebrating after achieving a number of exceptional grades.
Ms Johnson added: “We look forward to sharing students’ future success as they move into the next phase of their journey. Many of them will be staying on with us in the Sixth Form, while others have secured apprenticeships and other education and training opportunities to progress towards their next steps.”
