The library hosted a double helping of end of term celebrations on Wednesday 24 May with an open mic and Accelerated Reader 100% prize draw over both the lunchtimes.

We were treated to popular songs, jokes, original poetry, original prose, and the obligatory song from Mrs Wallis.

Congratulations to Eddie Maddison who was lucky enough to have his name drawn out first and wins this terms Kindle. Congratulations also to our runners up.

Thanks to all our performers, Miss Wells and Miss Housley-Stott for their support, Lithia for hosting, Andrew and Ethan on sound, and Ben, Evie, Layla, and Kajus for minding the office.

It was Ben Taylor’s last shift in the office before he leaves, and we wish him and the other Year 11 Student Librarians well as they move on to pastures new.
